Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Clinverge collects when you visit this website or work with us, how we use and protect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We have written it in plain language on purpose: a privacy policy you cannot understand protects nobody. One principle above everything: we are a marketing studio for healthcare practices, so we treat privacy as a professional discipline, not a checkbox, and we never sell personal information.

SECTION 1
Who we are
Clinverge is a healthcare-only marketing studio serving independent clinics and practices in the United States and Saudi Arabia. The studio is operated by its co-founders, Abdul Rehman and Muhammad Haseeb Sheikh. [COMPANY LEGAL NAME, REGISTRATION NUMBER AND REGISTERED ADDRESS TO BE INSERTED AT PUBLICATION.]
For this policy, “Clinverge”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that entity, and “you” refers to any visitor to this website, prospective client, client, or other person whose information we handle in running the studio.
SECTION 2
What this policy covers
This policy covers personal information we collect through this website (clinverge.com), through direct communication with us by email, phone, messaging or calls, and in delivering marketing services to clients.
It does not cover the privacy practices of our clients. When we perform services for a healthcare practice, that practice’s own privacy policy governs its patients’ information. We deliberately design our work to avoid handling patient health information, and we instruct all contacts not to send us patient information through our forms or channels. If patient information nonetheless reaches us, we delete it and inform the sender.
SECTION 3
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form, book a call, email us or message us, we collect what you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, practice name, market, the services you are interested in, and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect technical data when you visit: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring source and interaction data, through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 6.
Information from clients during services. Clients may give us access to business accounts and data needed for the work, such as website analytics, Search Console, advertising accounts and business profiles. This is business data about the practice, not patient records, and it remains the client’s property throughout.
- We do not collect patient health records and do not want to receive them.
- We do not buy personal data from data brokers.
- We do not use invasive tracking such as fingerprinting for advertising purposes.
SECTION 4
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your enquiries and provide the audits, plans and services you request.
- Operate, secure and improve this website.
- Send publication or service notices you have asked for. We do not run drip campaigns; if you request the blog notification, you receive publication notices and nothing else.
- Keep business records, comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.
- Understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
SECTION 5
Legal bases for processing
Where laws such as the EU or UK GDPR apply, we rely on: consent, for example when you submit a form or request notifications, which you may withdraw at any time; contract, to deliver services you have engaged us for; legitimate interests, such as securing the website, responding to enquiries and improving our services in ways that do not override your rights; and legal obligation, where record-keeping or disclosure is required by law.
SECTION 6
Cookies and analytics
This website uses a small set of cookies and similar technologies:
- Necessary cookies that make the site function, such as security and load balancing.
- Analytics, such as Google Analytics, to understand page performance and visitor behavior in aggregate. IP anonymization is enabled where the tool supports it.
- Booking and form tools, which set cookies needed to schedule calls or submit requests when you use them.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where a consent banner is presented, through the choices it offers. Blocking necessary cookies may affect how the site works. The exact inventory of tools in use is confirmed at publication and this section is updated whenever it changes.
SECTION 7
When we share information
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers that help us run the studio, such as hosting, email, form and scheduling, analytics and document tools, bound to use the data only to provide their service to us.
- Professional advisers, such as accountants or lawyers, where needed.
- Authorities, if required by law, court order or to protect rights, safety or the integrity of our services.
- A successor, if the studio is ever merged or acquired, in which case this policy continues to apply to information collected under it.
We never sell personal information, and we never share client business data with other clients or competitors.
SECTION 8
How long we keep information
SECTION 9
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent.
United States. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, such as California, may have rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, and we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes requiring an opt-out.
EEA and UK. You have the rights provided by the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Saudi Arabia. The Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) provides rights including access, correction and deletion, and we honor them for individuals in the Kingdom.
To exercise any right, contact us using Section 15. We respond within the time required by the applicable law, verify requests to protect your information, and never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
SECTION 10
Security
We protect personal information with measures appropriate to a studio of our size and the sensitivity of the data: access limited to the founders and the service providers listed above, unique credentials and multi-factor authentication on business accounts, encrypted connections on this website, and prompt revocation of access when engagements end. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we treat protecting your information as part of the professional duty this studio is built on.
