Clinverge — Healthcare Marketing Agency for USA & KSA

Real practices · real data · written permission

Case studies we refuse to fake, being earned right now

Most new agencies fill this page with invented logos and unverifiable numbers. We will not. Our first case studies are in progress with founding practices in the USA and Saudi Arabia, and each will publish with real practice names, real Search Console and GA4 data, full timeframes, and the slow months included. Until then, here is exactly what a Clinverge case study means, and how to become one.

In short

Clinverge is a new healthcare-only marketing studio, so this page holds standards instead of trophies, for now. We do not publish fabricated logos, invented statistics or anonymous testimonials. Our first case studies are being earned with founding practices in the United States and Saudi Arabia, and each will publish only with the practice’s written permission, using verifiable data from Google Search Console, GA4 and ad platforms, with full timeframes and honest notes on what went slowly. Practices that join the founding program get a founder-friendly rate whether or not they agree to be featured.

Five rules, zero exceptions

Why this page is honest before it is impressive.

You have seen agency case study pages: walls of logos, giant percentages, no dates, no names. We hold every study we publish to five rules instead. If a study cannot meet all five, it does not publish.

01

Named, with written permission

Ask an assistant to find a clinic like yours and it never names you. We build the signals from the ground up so you can start showing up.

02

Numbers from the source

Every figure comes from Google Search Console, GA4 or the ad platform itself, not a slide. Data screenshots are included so you can see what we saw.

03

Full timeframes, no cherry-picking

The whole engagement window is shown, including the flat early months. A spike with no date range is marketing, not evidence.

04

Failures stay in

What went slowly, what we changed course on, and what did not work. If a study reads like nothing ever went wrong, it was written backwards.

04

The owner's words, unedited

Quotes are approved by the owner and published as spoken, or not at all. No composite testimonials, no stock photos, no invented names.

04

Judging any agency's studies

Ask three things: can the practice be contacted, are the numbers from a verifiable source with dates, and does anything admit failure. Three noes means it is fiction.

In progress, honestly

The first three Clinverge case studies.

Each is a real engagement underway with a founding practice. Names and numbers publish when the results are real and the owner signs off, and not a day earlier. Filter the shelf the way it will work as it fills.

[CLIENT NAME 1]: from invisible in local search to a practice patients find first

A US practice whose patients could not find it for the treatments it offers. The engagement: search foundations, Google Business Profile, and provider-reviewed content. The study will show the full Search Console record, flat months included.

[CLIENT NAME 2]: turning ad spend into booked patients instead of clicks

A US practice paying for clicks that never became appointments. The engagement: rebuilt campaigns in the practice's own ad account and message-matched landing pages. The study will show platform data with the whole spend window.

[CLIENT NAME 3]: building map visibility and genuine reviews for a Saudi clinic

A private Saudi clinic competing in a crowded city market. The engagement: bilingual profile optimization and a genuine review flow from real patients. The study will show profile performance across the full window.

Anatomy of a Clinverge study

Six parts, in this order, every time.

Each is a real engagement underway with a founding practice. Names and numbers publish when the results are real and the owner signs off, and not a day earlier. Filter the shelf the way it will work as it fills.

01The situationThe practice, the market, and the specific problem, in the owner’s framing, not ours.
02The plan and whyWhich services we chose, in what order, and the reasoning we gave the owner at the time.
03The work, month by monthWhat actually got built and changed, so the results have a visible cause.
04The numbers, sourcedSearch Console, GA4 and ad platform data with screenshots and full date ranges.
05What did not workThe misses, the slow months, and what we changed. This section is mandatory.
06The owner’s wordsApproved, unedited, and attributable. Or absent, which is also honest.

Founding practice program

Be the case study, on your terms.

A small number of founding practices in each market get a founder-friendly rate. In return we ask for honest feedback and, only if you sign off, a future case study. Decline the study and keep the rate; permission is never the price of good work.

What founding practices get

Limited, both markets

Why we cap the slots

Case-study-grade work means founders in the weeds of every account: the strategy, the build, the reporting. That does not scale past a handful of practices at once, so we do not pretend it does. When the slots are full, the program closes until results publish.

No spin

Honest answers about our case studies.

Why does Clinverge have so few case studies?

Generative engine optimization, or GEO, is making your practice something AI search can read, trust and recommend. When a patient asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Google’s AI Overviews for a clinic, those systems pull from structured data, reviews, accurate information and authoritative content to decide who to name. GEO shapes those signals so your practice is the one recommended and cited, rather than a competitor.

Regular SEO helps you rank in a list of blue links a person clicks through. GEO helps AI directly name and cite your practice in a written answer, often before any list appears. They share a foundation, structured data, strong content and reputation, but GEO focuses on being the trusted, quotable source an AI chooses, not just a link in the results.

No, and anyone who guarantees it is not being honest. AI recommendations are earned through real signals: accurate information, structured data, genuine reviews and authoritative content. We strengthen every signal we can control, which is what makes a recommendation likely, but we never promise a specific placement and we never try to trick or manipulate the systems.

It matters now and is growing fast. More patients are asking AI assistants and using Google’s AI Overviews to find care, and those answers often name only a few practices. Getting established as a trusted, citable source early is far easier than trying to catch up once every competitor is doing it.

By doing the real work AI rewards: clean structured data so machines can read you, answer-first content that directly addresses patient questions, accurate and consistent information everywhere, and genuine reviews and authority. There are no tricks and no fake authority. If a provider promises to game AI, they will likely get your practice flagged instead.

Most single-location practices range from about $500 to $1,500 per month, and larger or multi-location practices are quoted to scope. We price after a free AI visibility audit, and we work month-to-month with no long-term lock-in.
